How it works

Access your visits at no additional cost

To access counseling services at no additional cost to you, you’ll need a confirmation letter to share with a participating mental health provider. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Activate your benefits

Answer a few questions to activate your benefits online, or call +1 (866) 248-4094 to speak with a trained specialist who can assist you.

A trained specialist will ask you a few questions and provide you with a code. A specialist can also speak with you about an existing code.

2. Find a provider

Use the provider directory to search for a provider that accepts EAP benefits. Search filters can help customize your results. A trained specialist can also help you find a provider.

3. Give your confirmation letter to your provider

After you activate your benefits, you'll get a confirmation letter in your email. Give that letter to your provider when you schedule your in-person or virtual visit.
