Regulatory Notices include state and federal mandate notices that we are required to distribute to plan members.

Health Plan Notices of Privacy Practices describe how medical and financial information about you may be used.

 

Unless a paper mailing is required, Regulatory Notices and Health Plan Notices of Privacy Practices will be sent to you by email or posted online and we will notify you of an online posting.
